Founder

Incubated at SKIIESKUAST-Kashmir Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship Centre
Hazik Hussain founded KashCrop Innovations in Srinagar. He leads the studio’s product and technical work, bringing full-stack development and applied AI to practical problems.
The projects include orchard tools, the Plant Health Clinic expert workflow and SKIIE’s startup and incubation platform. Other work covers fish health and peptide research.
We build around the way people work. That means dealing with weak connectivity, local language, institutional review, and the tools teams already use.

Different fields call for different tools, but the product decisions begin with people and the task at hand.
Start with the people doing the work. Understand their day, their constraints, and what would actually help.
Turn the thinking into working interfaces early. Good conversations happen around something you can use.
The interface, content, data, engineering and handover deserve the same care. We bring them together.
Alongside the main portfolio, Hazik has worked on scientific analysis, everyday utilities and language learning.
