Your information.
Handled with care.
This page describes the information used by the KashCrop Innovations portfolio website. The products linked from the portfolio may have their own privacy information.
When you contact us
The enquiry form asks for your name, email and a project description. Phone number, organisation, project type, budget and timeline are optional. We use the information you choose to submit to understand and respond to your enquiry.
Please do not include passwords, financial account details, health records or other sensitive information in a project enquiry.
How the enquiry is delivered
The form sends your submission to Web3Forms, the contact-form service already used by this website. Its infrastructure processes the form and delivers the notification. You can read Web3Forms’ privacy information. Email links instead open your chosen email application.
Website delivery and preferences
The site is prepared for hosting on Cloudflare. Requests to hosting and delivery services can include technical information such as your IP address, browser and requested page. Fonts are served by this website, with your device’s system font used where available.
Your motion preference is stored locally in your browser so the site can remember it. The portfolio does not need an account, and this implementation does not add advertising pixels or a separate analytics tracker. Theme and motion preferences are stored locally. An enquiry is sent only when you submit the form; the website does not save your unfinished message to local storage.
Project media and external links
Project screenshots are visual records. Opening the screen viewer does not submit a case, make a booking or connect you to an account in the pictured product. Links to other websites open services whose privacy practices are separate from this portfolio.
Questions or requests
To ask about information you have shared with KashCrop, request a correction or discuss deletion of an enquiry, email Hazik@Kashcrop.in. Include enough context to identify your message, but do not send additional sensitive information.
